Craniocervical flexion test in patients with migraine: Discriminative validity and accuracy

Objectives To evaluate the discriminative validity and provide a clinical cut-off of craniocervical flexion test (CCFT) in migraineurs stratified by report neck pain, headache-related disability disability. Methods Fifty women without headache 102 with migraine were recruited convenience from local tertiary care setting. Migraine diagnosis followed International Classification Headache Disorders. All volunteers underwent CCFT. Patients answered Disability Assessment (MIDAS) Neck Index (NDI) questionnaires.
